My story…
I never thought about becoming a wedding photographer. Then I discovered “real moment” wedding photos that changed everything. I learned that wedding photography can show emotional moments that are authentic without looking like a fairytale.
After several years and hundreds of weddings under my belt in Vegas, I was ready for a change of scenery. I moved to Denver, Colorado to experience beautiful scenery while living in a normal city that didn’t feel plastic and fake. It reminded me of my hometown in Michigan besides the mountain scenery.
My experience of photographing weddings with a documentary approach has taught me how to observe, anticipate, and react quickly with my camera. What does this mean for you? Your wedding photos will include tons of authentic moments that are beautifully captured that show your unique story.
I believe in authenticity when it comes to photographing weddings because I value the intimate connections between family and friends.

Acting like a Goof ball
Posing like a senior portrait in front of a group of friends is just something I do. I love to make people laugh at my own expense.
Being With Family
I’ve always had a close connection with my family. I enjoy spending time with my sister and her family.
Street Photography
Roaming the streets with my friends while capturing fun moments is a thrill. I’ve been photographing on the streets of Denver for the last 5 years and I plan on making a photo book someday as part of a long term project. See my work here.
Hiking
I always feel a sense of wonder and awe when I’m hiking in Colorado. It’s breathtaking and it re-charges my mental state after a stressful week.
